    What about the warranty for your beauty machine?

    For professional beauty machine, Doristek offers 12 months warranty for the main host, 3 months warranty for the handles and lifetime technical support. For personal care beauty device(under 4kgs weight), we offer 1 month warranty. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free to replace. After warranty period, we just charge the raw material costs and shipping cost, technical support is free of charge. 

    • All our machines are under strict quality control process to ensure superior quality.
    • Technical solutions can be offered very soon if any technical problem occurs.
    • Free replacement parts can be offered asap if problem occurs and the replacement parts can definitely solve the problem.
    • If whole machine is broken, we offer complete core kit for free, the machine will be brand new after replacing the core kit. This situation is hardly happen. 

    We offer reference videos on how to replace then you can do the job easily by yourself. The shipping cost for all replacement parts are on us during warranty period. 

    • Failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, mishandling or tampering, or improper maintenance are conditions not covered. All incurred costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Do your beauty machines have certifications?

    Yes, all of our beauty machines hold CE certification. Certificates can be provided upon request at any time. Additional documentation such as test reports and compliance records are available for qualified buyers.

    Do you accept customizations?

    Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM services. Customization options are tailored to your specific requirements and order quantity. Please contact us to discuss your project — our R&D team will be happy to assist.

    What is the delivery time?

    Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location and order quantity. Orders are dispatched from Guangzhou or Hong Kong, China. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

    What payment methods are available?

    We accept Credit Card, PayPal, and T/T (Wire Transfer). For large or wholesale orders, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements.

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    We ship via a combination of international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and air freight consolidation channels (air cargo via freight forwarder), dispatched from Guangzhou or Hong Kong, China.

    The shipping method is selected based on the destination country's customs clearance complexity and efficiency:

    • For countries with straightforward customs clearance, we use international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for fast, door-to-door delivery with full tracking.
    • For countries where customs clearance is more complex or where express couriers face frequent delays or holds, we use dedicated air freight logistics channels (air cargo consolidation lines) which are better suited for smooth customs clearance in those regions.

    We will choose the most appropriate and reliable shipping channel for your destination to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Upon arrival, the recipient is responsible for assisting with customs clearance paperwork and paying any applicable import duties or taxes. Once cleared, your order will be delivered door to door.
